In your Ashop Commerce set up information email which was given to you when you first signed up, there is an ADMIN URL, USERNAME AND PASSWORD. Your secure admin URL looks something like this,

Q) What browsers can I use in the ashop Admin panel?
A) The admin panel is set up specifically for two types of browsers based on whether you are using a PC or a Macintosh computer. All functions will only work if you use Internet explorer (5.5 or above) from a PC or Firefox from a Mactintosh. It is always best to use the latest versions. Your admin will not work with Safari or Opera.
